1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the engramlabs.tech website and your participation in the Engram early-access programme. By using this site or requesting access, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Early access
Engram is in early access. Requesting access does not guarantee access: we onboard teams in batches and may decline or delay any request. Early-access software is provided as-is and may change, break, or be discontinued. Features described on this site are subject to change before general availability.
3. Your responsibilities
If you connect Engram to your workplace tools, you confirm you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation, and that doing so does not breach your agreements with those providers or your obligations to your own customers and employees.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the software to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with other users.
5. Intellectual property
The Engram Labs name, logo, site content, and software are owned by Engram Labs. You keep all rights to your own data — we do not claim ownership of anything Engram indexes on your machine.
6. Fees
Pricing is not yet published. Where Engram is provided free during early access, we will give reasonable notice before any charges begin, and you may decline and stop using the software.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site and early-access software are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Engram may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers; do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision with legal, financial, or safety consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engram Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the software.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Engram at any time and disconnect any source, which purges what was indexed from it. We may suspend or end early-access participation at our discretion.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
